Clergy Thoughts: As we approach
the 11th Sunday in Ordinary Time, I
personally am also looking forward to the Solemnity of The Most Sacred
Heart of Jesus, a source of SO much Prayer listening. But, with the Clergy back in green vestments, we must always continue
to remember our Holy Easter sacraments as well.
“Greetings to you all as we continue now our "numbered weeks” through
the Church's year. As we hear this weekend's Gospel, we have a rare
chance to hear the full list of Jesus' 12 Apostles’
names. Most importantly for them and
indeed now with our Christian lives today, US, was Our
Lord's instruction " Go to the LOST sheep, and, You
received without pay, give without pay ". This is our chance,
armed with His gift of Corpus Christi, to follow Jesus’
instructions. Alleluia, Rev Dcn David Croucher “
June is the month to the devotion of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

TWO Second collections next Sunday 1) Day for Life 2026 and 2) For the Work of Life Charities.
Next Sunday, 21 June, we mark THE DAY FOR LIFE under the theme “The Wonder of the Child in the Womb.” The theme also recognises the loss of children who died before birth and the grief of their parents. The bishops’ message and prayers can be found on the Day for Life website: www.dayforlife.org. The second collection will go towards the Day for Life Fund, which distributes grants to organisations that promote respect for life from conception until natural death. You can also donate online via the Day for Life website."

Knitters Aware
Here at Stella Maris, we provide Chaplaincy care for all those who work at sea. We need some keen knitters to assist us in this mission, by knitting woolly hats which can then be given to the seafarers and fisherman we minister to. There is absolutely no preference in colour or style. Please help us support these workers in their industry. Collection from your home address can be made or any postage fees covered. If you can assist, please let me know. Many Thanks, Deacon Rick Jones, Port Chaplain to East Anglia,
