Parish News

A warm welcome to everyone. Tea and coffee are served after the 10.00am Mass on Sundays and the 09.30 Mass on Wednesdays; all are invited to join us. Father Alex offers a warm welcome to anyone who is visiting the parish this week.

Clergy Thoughts: On this 16th Sunday of ordinary time, the Church turns our attention to the Lord, the Just Judge, who, through his mercy, calls us to his kingdom. She also reminds us that Christ and the Holy Spirit help us in our journey toward God’s kingdom of justice. God is patient and kind. He gives people time to change and grow. Jesus teaches that the Kingdom of God often begins in small and hidden ways. Be patient with others and trust God’s timing. Pray even when you do not know the right words. Let us look for small ways God is working in our daily lives. This marks us for the great harvest for God’s kingdom. Amen! Fr Alex

Sunday Masses on 26th July and 2nd August will be at 9am at St Henry Morse
