A warm welcome to everyone. Tea and coffee are served after the 10.00am Mass on Sundays and the 09.30 Mass on Wednesdays; all are invited to join us. Father Alex offers a warm welcome to anyone who is visiting the parish this week.
Clergy Thoughts: The readings for the 18th Sunday in Ordinary Time Year A remind us that God gives without cost. Isaiah speaks of food and drink offered freely to all; this shows that God’s love and care are not limited. He simply invites everyone to come and receive. In the Gospel, the disciples see a hungry crowd and worry that they have nothing to offer. But Jesus does not turn anyone away, instead, He provides more than enough for all. We sometimes forget this when we worry about our own struggles. We might feel unworthy or think we have nothing to give. But God does not see it that way. He invites us to come as we are, trusting that He will take care of us. May we open our hearts to receive God's gifts with gratitude, as we share God's love with others. Amen. Fr Anaman
Sunday Mass on 2nd August will be at 9am at St Henry Morse
